The library needs some maintenance on its electrical system and will be closed all day this Thursday, August 6, for the electricians to do the repairs. The library phones will not work during that time. If all goes well, the library will open at noon on Friday, August 7. No library materials are due on any day that the library is closed.

(July 16,2015) Coyotes, bears, and bobcats, oh my! It’s backyard wildlife at the Minerva Public Library on Monday, July 20, at 7:00 pm. Adam Zorn from the Mt. Union’s Nature Center will present an informative and surprising program on the larger predator mammals showing up in Ohio’s backyards and parks. Adam will provide background information on foxes, coyotes, bears, and bobcats, and discuss how to get along with these unlikely neighbors. When there’s a coyote in your backyard, what do you do? This program is free and no registration is required.
